- Project Description:The Consultant shall provide the following Services an Architect Led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT with the following capabilities:- • Project Manager (Architect led) • Design team (Architect, Civil Engineer and Structural Engineer and Electrical Engineering, Principal Designer, Cost Manager); • Perform Principal Designer duties in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (NI) 2016; • Undertake procurement exercises to collate and provide quotations for further consultant services / surveys required throughout the duration of the project for Contracting Authority approval.
