Description:
Narborough Parish Council is inviting tenders for works to the Village Hall, Biddle Road, Littlethorpe, Leicestershire LE19 2HD. The work focuses on making the building accessible with a reconfiguration of the toilet block and works to the entrance area, including the paved area outside the building. A site visit will be required and can be arranged via the Parish Clerk.
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the following works:
Toilet Block
In accordance with plans, remove existing sanitaryware, existing stud walls, floorcovering and fibreboard material from ceilings. Create new timber stud walls and door openings as per the new layout plan to create new ladies, gents and disabled toilets. Supply and fit of external doors with ironmongery to toilet block. Walls to be plaster boarded and skimmed. Repositioning of waste units to suit plan. Floor to be screeded and fitted with polysafe floor covering. Duct panelling and cubicles constructed from 13mm waterproof compact grade laminate. Supply all sanitary ware (including accessible toilet and baby changing) and electrics (hand dryers, convector heaters with time control, sensor-controlled extractor fans, sensor controlled light fittings, emergency alarm system in disabled toilet, new circuits for heaters/hand dryers). Tiling above wash basins as required. Walls to be painted.
