Description:
Tenders are invited for Translink seeks a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled organisation to provide an independent 24/7 Drug and Alcohol Testing service. The service will include drug and alcohol testing, advice on appropriate testing technology, and educational programs. Providers will be expected to demonstrate how they will deliver high quality, timely and cost effective services. The service provider will be required to manage and carry out an onsite unannounced screening program for drug and alcohol abuse and will also be required to provide a call-out service in the event of ‘for cause- testing, e.g., where a train has been involved in an incident. There may also be an occasional need to conduct unannounced and ‘for cause- testing in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Your response must be submitted via the relevant call for tender (CfT). No other method of submission will be accepted.
