Description : Water Services Regulation Services (Ofwat) is the economic regulator of the water sector in England and Wales. Ofwat spends over £2m each year on consultancy and similar professional services, as we look to the wider world to enhance our knowledge and understanding of the industry that we regulate. Ofwat will now be creating it's own framework agreement, to bring in consultancy services over the next 3 years, with an option to extend for an additional year.
