Abstract: The University wishes to appoint a suitable contractor to provide the Maintenance and Repair of Air Conditioning/Comfort Cooling Plant and Refrigeration plant within its properties to ensure compliance with all relevant guidance, legislation and University Policy and Procedures. This includes the requirement to provide a 24 hour, 365 days per year helpdesk.During the Contract Term, the Contractor shall:Carry out the required number of PPM visits per year in accordance with the manufacturer-s specifications and/or the applicable SFG20 guidelines (see schedule 1) and taking into account industry best practice.Ensure that each PPM visit shall be attended by a qualified service engineer who is trained and assessed as competent to work with the equipment.Carry out work... - Documents :
