Details of the Enhanced Service requirements will be set out in an ES specification which cannot be altered locally. Successful Suppliers will provide the Services in accordance with the terms of the CP ES and in full compliance with their Terms of Service or Local Pharmaceutical Services contract terms, as applicable.
