- We are seeking a provider to support Carers through delivery of the service provision. This will include in-reach support into Northumberland County Council's commissioned Drug and Alcohol Service for Adults in Northumberland and support and encouragement of families of service users within the treatment system seek carers support. Northumberland County Council wishes to commission a provider to increase service provision within rural areas of Northumberland to reduce health inequalities for people within rural areas with complex and multiple needs associated with drug, alcohol and mental ill health to access healthcare and support services within their local communities.
