Project Description: Southern Water Services Ltd (SWS) is looking to appoint a provider of natural gas for supply to all sites across SWS portfolio. The portfolio consists of 19 sites located in South of England, with total annual consumption averaging at 2.5GWh. The service is to commence on 1st of April 2026. This procurement will be carried out as a competitive negotiated tender under Procurement Act 2023 and will consist of one stage only - Pre-Qualification Questionnaire / Conditions of Participation and Invitation To Tender (Technical and Commercial envelopes) will be released simultaneously, together with Tender Notice and any corresponding documentation. We anticipate to publish this opportunity w/c 11th of August 25. The timeframe for bid submission will be 30 days from publication. The supply under contract is to commence from 1st of April 2025. The tender will be carried out using SWS e-sourcing portal, Jaggaer (previously Bravo). Potential bidders would have to register to participate.
