Mobile Nights
Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council (“The Council”) is preparing to retender its current Care and Support at Home Mobile Nights Service to meet its duties under the Care Act 2014.

We are focusing our commissioning plans on developing a service will respond to emergencies and can flex up and down to meet individual needs. The aim is to have a new provision in place by 1st September 2025.

The Council intends to undertake a collaborative approach to this process by holding a market engagement event for all potential providers.

During the event we will be sharing our vision for this service and will give out some guidance and information to all providers to help them prepare for the application process.

The Council will also be looking to hear your views and utilise your expertise to commission a high-quality service provision that will meet the needs of Wirral residents.

The Council are particularly interested in hearing from organisations who can explore and create innovative ways of working that will enable independence and deliver person-centred outcomes.

The event is scheduled to take place on 5th February at 2p.m. and will be held at:
