Description : The Home Office requires a modular build of a mobile biometrics capture device which can capture a full set of rolled and plain fingerprints to a specific quality standard, which will be used to search and enrol fingerprints into IABS, the biometric database used by Immigration Enforcement (IE) and other BICS departments.
