- The University is looking to construct the newly designed Middle Mill Building that will be a highly sustainable, student-facing building and one that aims to provide space for expansion of studio-based teaching via the provision of flexible, adaptable studios with technical support space. The building is proposed as a hybrid mass-timber frame structure and that will accommodate student and staff facilities to enhance the wider campus experience.
