- This is a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice published by the Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) acting on behalf of the Northern Ireland Public Health Laboratory (NIPHL) which is part of the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (BHSCT). BSO PaLS on behalf of HSCNI are seeking engagement with the market place for supply of a Microbiology Membrane Filtration System.
