- The Council is seeking to appoint a supplier in relation to Metal Roofing sheet Refurbishment Works. The full scope as outlined in the Tender Information Pack attached. The City Council owns a range of Commercial and Corporate properties, including Lancaster Bus Station, White Lund Depot Workshops and Salt Ayre Leisure Centre. These properties all have metal roofing sheet which has been identified for refurbishment, along with other roof related works. By way of an overview, works include re-coating the metal roofing sheet, cut edge treatment, soft and fascia patch repair and treatment, gutter cleaning and lining. These properties are busy operational sites, mostly open to the public. The continuation of operations with minimal disruption will be essential for the success of these projects.
