NEAS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EMPLOY EITHER ONE OR TWO SUPPLIER(S) TO PROVIDE LOTS 1 AND 2. THIS DECISION WILL BE BASED ON THE BEST OVERALL OUTCOME AS DETERMINED BY THE EVALUATION TEAM.
