Market Engagement - Ict Category Management Strategy
KFRS Procurement are undertaking a review of the ICT category strategy and developing its annual plan. To help with this process, we would be keen to gain some insight from suppliers in the market on what are the key considerations, risks, issues, etc you believe we should be including in developing our strategy and informing our project pipeline. For the purposes of this engagement exercise, we have broken the category into the following subcategories and would welcome feedback on individual or multiple subcategories depending on your own expertise:
