Description : The University is looking for a 3-year servicing contract for our Type 1 and Type 2 water systems.The package should meet the following specifications:• Cover all systems as attached for 1 x service (including cartridge change) for all units and 1 additional cartridge change on Pico, Geno and Duo units per annum• Service to include at least the following:o Check on feed water qualityo Check on condition of all valves and diaphragmso Reverse osmosis module and performance noted and replaced if necessaryo Flow rate check and adjustment where requiredo Full paperwork to document the service visit and any required return work• Include all manufacturer consumables associated with these service visits. Provide a unit price for these parts.• Evidence of fast turn round times for quotes and repair work.• Preferential call out rates and a statement of what these are• Evidence that service engineers are trained in the water systems listedThis service contract is to ensure value for money whilst maintaining the high standard of servicing and support that the University require...
