Description:
The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement / Soft Market Testing (SMT) is to gauge interest from the market and to investigate potential options for this contract.

Leicestershire County Council is looking to dispose of the B8 employment site at Lutterworth East, located adjacent to Junction 20 of the M1 motorway.

The site measures approximately 13 ha (32 acres) has outline planning consent for 52,000sq m GEA approximately 560,000 sq ft.

There are significant highway infrastructure works associated with the site delivery which the successful purchasers will be required to deliver.

The attached soft market testing document is to inform potential purchasers of the disposal strategy and is an opportunity for them to provide feedback on the strategy prior to the site being taken to market.
