Abstract: East Lothian Council is looking to appoint a provider for Legionella and Water Quality.The Term Maintenance Contract will be to undertake Legionella & Water Quality Management & Associated Works primarily to Public Buildings (although there is a limited amount of Estates, HMO Building-s etc) which include the following:1. Risk Assessments (including Reassessments).2. Monitoring Tasks.3. Inspections.4. Cleaning & Disinfection Tasks.5. Analytical Testing.6. Water Cooler Servicing.7. Reactive Maintenance.8. Remedial Works (where necessary).
