Lincolnshire County Council is redesigning its IT service model for the future and is seeking to engage a Strategic Technology Partner, that has the right blend of core and specialist skills, knowledge and experience to manage its IT services and support the Council in delivering its strategic objectives.

It is anticipated the IT Services contract will broadly cover the following core services:

• User Support services
• Modern Workplace Services / End User Computing
• Telephony
• Service Management including processes and tools
• Cyber-security
• Applications and Software Asset Management
• Hosting Services (on-premise and Cloud-based)
• Lifecycle Management
• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
• Network Services (LAN)
• Professional Services

The Strategic Technology Partner will be required to run our IT services in a modern and efficient way with a strong focus on user experience and continual improvement.
