- ECDC currently has 240 Dell Latitude Laptops and under this hardware renewal would be looking to replace 50 devices.
The organisation intends to replace the laptops with upgraded devices from the same manufacturer and requires hardware support for 3 years.
The Authority will state its hardware requirements it believes is needed and invites all potential suppliers to provide their pricing based on this.
The successful supplier should be able to offer the following support package for each device: Dell ProSupport with Hardware Support 36 months
Compliant submission will be evaluated based on Price.
The successful supplier should be able to deliver the laptops by 31 July 2025 at the latest.
