Lakeshore end of Sawdust Lonning - Fields below Bowness Knott Cottage (on the
route of the Coast to Coast braid on western and northern lakeshore)
3) Forest Loop Route
Bowness Knott Car Park, on the main extraction road and up the valley to middle
bridge and then back down on the southern side of the Liza to Low Beck Bridge
