Delt is currently supporting a procurement project for the PropTech Innovation Fund on behalf of Plymouth, South Hams, and West Devon local authorities who work on partnership through their Joint Local Plan (JLP). This initiative has provided JLP authorities with fully funded access to market-leading GIS applications and consultation platforms to support emerging strategic plan making work. Following the success of the previous funding rounds, the latest successful grant application for Round 4 will enable JLP authorities to trial advanced strategic planning tools specifically designed to assess the development potential of land for plan-making activities.
