Description : Falmouth Exeter Plus (FXPlus) is looking to appoint a structured cabling supplier on a 36 month fixed term contract to carry out copper and fibre cabling works on, but not limited to, the Falmouth University Campuses at Falmouth (Woodlane, Falmouth) and Penryn (Treliever Road, Penryn).It is essential that any supplier that FXPlus form a contract with, is fully proficient in all areas of structured cabling, from the initial site visit to final termination and make good works. The structured cabling network forms the backbone of the Campuses and therefore it is important that any future design and installation works are not only of the highest quality but maximise value for money.FXPlus requires a supplier to be reactive to our requirements, sometimes at short notice and work closely with the business at all stages through design, installation and commissioning.The scope of works will vary, from simple cable faults and investigations to whole building installations so any supplier must be able to undertake works on all common cable types.
