Intellectual Property Rights Services are defined as Legal Advice, guidance, pre-filling of searches, development of protection strategy, and licensing and registration services on all matters relating to the creation, development and protection of patents, trademarks, copyright, design rights and trade secrets, and intellectual property rights.
