Tenders are invited for . The work required is as detailed below: • Tree/hedge planting • Erection of stock proof fencing • Stump removal • Installation of bins and summer seats including associated civils • Bitmac resurfacing and white lining works. • Signage installation • Construction of concrete paths and plinths, laying and lifting kerbs in undeveloped grave areas • External lighting/street light installation • Construction of spoil storage compound including supply and installation of prefab building and all associated civil works services provision • Drainage and laying water/ electric services. • Existing path refurbishment including resin gravel laying. • Automation of existing metal entrance gates • CCTV installation/enhancement It is estimated that the works should be completed 12 weeks.
