Description:
Procurement of oral health packs, known locally as "Smile Packs" they will include a toothbrush, toothpaste and smile pack leaflet. The Authority requires a pack to be made for adults and a pack to be made for juniors (age 6-12 years). The supplier must be able to print the smile pack leaflets and smile cards. An example of the artwork to be printed will be provided and final artwork will be agreed with the Authority following award. Delivery will be required to initially deliver half of the total order in 2025-26, for up to 8 delivery locations in Staffordshire. The Council will then call off, as and when required the remaining number of packs. Funding has only been confirmed for Year 1, should further funding be confirmed for Years 2 & 3 then the Authority will confirm this no later than 1st November of the preceding year. The contract value for year 1 will be £32,000 excluding VAT. This will be split equally between the adult & junior packs
