- Project Description: Hammersmith & Fulham Council would like to continue our engagement with potential providers and/or partners, that took place earlier this year, in the future commissioning of our Homecare Services for adults 18+ years old. The purpose of this process is for the Council to discuss with the market and inform our current understanding of key issues and themes relating to the provision of these services and to discuss what the market has to offer to assist the Council to deliver the services from 2026. We invite providers to join us via Teams meeting on Friday 10th October 2025 between 09.30 - 11.00 Providers wishing to participate should provide email addresses to be added to the meeting via the messaging system.
