- NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU), on behalf of NHS England (Midlands) (the Contracting Authority) is inviting suitable organisations to tender for the provision of Health Needs Assessments (HNAs) framework in
the health and justice sector.
It is based on 4 lots;
Lot 1 Secure Estate
Sub-Lot 1.1 Men secure estate

Sub-Lot 1.3 Children and Young People secure estate
Lot 2 Non-Custodial
Sub-Lot 2.1 Liaison & Diversion (L&D)
Sub-Lot 2.2 Mental Health Treatment Requirements (MHTR)
Sub-Lot 2.3 Reconnect
Sub-Lot 2.4 Court Healthcare
Lot 3 Sexual Assault Referral Centre Services - Adult and Children and Young People (CYP)
Lot 4 Bespoke - service or pathway specific to be advised as required
