Description : Hertfordshire County Council (the 'Council') wish to procure a 'Block Contract' arrangement with a single Provider to provide an O F S T E D registered One (1) bed emergency residential home utilising the Council's existing property for children and young people aged 7 to 18 with high levels of challenging behaviour and complex needs.
