- The London Borough of Havering is seeking to commission a provider for the delivery of Dementia Support Services. The service provider will provide non-clinical, personalised support to individuals with a pre-diagnosis of dementia, those with a confirmed diagnosis and their carer's. This support encompasses information, advice, peer support and promoting health and wellbeing. The service aims to provide early intervention, enabling individuals with dementia and their carers to manage health conditions and symptoms effectively, thereby reducing the risk of complications and enhancing their independence. The contract will commence on 2nd February 2026 and subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue until 31st January 2029 ("the contract period") with the option to extend until 31st January 2031
