Abstract: The services comprise the hire and servicing of transient site welfare facilities for Network Rail-s Eastern Region. The contract is to ensure the provision of modern and appropriate site welfare facilities that will safeguard the general health and safety and well-being of our site staff.The scope of the framework is to cover the hire and servicing of the following items;• Single Toilet Unit • Stand-alone Toilet Block - 2 cubicles and 2 urinals• Stand-alone Toilet Block - 4 cubicles and 3 urinals• Welfare unit and 1 toilet for 6 people• Welfare unit and 1 toilet for 10 people and external lighting• Welfare unit with office and 1 toilet for 10 people and external lighting• Secure tool store (non-towable)• Tower light (towable)• Mobile CCTV (towable)Other All units must meet Network Rail standard NR/L3/INI/CP0036 and adhere to any relevant standards and procedures for working on or near the infrastructure when delivering and collecting.While details as to the type of s...
