Abstract: To confirm your expression of interest in this contract, please submit a response (maximum 2 pages) detailing how your organisation meets the high level criteria set out below).The model for Wellbeing Exeter has ECC as the lead commissioner and the Lead Organisation the single contractor with ECC. The Lead Organisation then contracts directly with VCSE providers who employ the staff.
