Crosskeys Homes (“CKH”) has been in contract with Mears Ltd since April 2009 on a fifteen year term contract (10+5 years) under a bespoke form of the TPC2005 Term Partnering Contract. The contract delivers an integrated asset management service comprising housing repairs & maintenance, void refurbishments, health & safety and statutory compliance services, cyclical decorations, various estate improvement works and a programme of planned capital refurbishments, together valued at circa £25,000,000 (twenty five million pounds) per annum.
