Abstract: The Lot structure will comprise of a range of energy efficiency works and services to public buildings. This will include health, housing, local government, education and wider public sector buildings - please note, the final lot structure may be separated into different sectors dependent on the outcome of the market engagement exercise.Taking a multi measure approach the scope will include, but not be limited to, insulation measures (EWI, CWI, roof insulation), renewable energy systems (solar PV, air and ground source heat pumps, metering and monitoring), ventilation systems, LED lighting upgrades and related works and services such as window installations.
