Abstract: The supplier will:i) Design, plan and agree with FCDO and ASEAN a pipeline of projects that fit with the FSp Theory of Change and achieve its objectives. The pipeline will be developed during an initial three-month inception phase in FY2023/24 and formally updated once each year.ii) Deploy and manage subject matter experts to deliver the agreed projects for AMS in financial years 2024/25, 2025/26, 2026/27 and 2027/28. This will include risk and financial management functions.iii) Embed robust monitoring, evaluation and learning practices into delivery and report results to FCDO.
