- HIE requires a suitable qualified and experienced supplier to provide hard and soft landscaping and winter maintenance services at:Horizon Scotland (Business Centre), The Apex (HIE's Moray office), Strathcona House, Unit 9 (shortly to open as the Manufacturing Innovation Centre), the common areas of the Enterprise Park Forres.Services will include grass and shrub cutting, weed removal, car park maintenance and winter gritting/snow clearance.It is expected that these services will be required from 22 April 2025 for an initial period of 3 years with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 year following the Initial Term.The initial 3-year budget available to deliver the services is between GBP195,000 and GBP222,500 (excluding VAT).
