Description : We are looking to commission a contractor who can design and deliver qualitative and quantitative research with FBO's, and qualitative research with FHS consumers, as well as non-FHS consumers on this topic area. The study should ideally be completed within five months of the contract being signed. The specific research objectives are: 1) To gain further insight on the information needs of FHS consumers when eating out. What information they would find most useful and how they would like this presented. We are keen to understand why FHS consumers feel that certain information or approaches will be of assistance to them and how they would navigate food choices in different situations. For example, menus do not always contain all the food options available.
