Gateshead Council intends to establish a multi-lot Framework with a number of qualified and experienced contractors to deliver a range of printing and fulfilment services. As part of this process the Council is conducting a Soft Market Testing Exercise to establish the level of interest in this opportunity, to gather information and improve our understanding of the market.It is anticipated that the Framework will be divided into the following 6 Lots:LOT 1 - Offset/Litho Print
