This in a re-opening of an existing Framework under Light Touch Regime for Social and other services. This is allowed for under clause 4.1.3 of the Framework Agreement, to allow new entrants and to maximise available provision of Specialist Mental Health Residential Provision.

Specialist mental health residential placements for individuals with complex care and support needs who are aged over 18.

The clients accessing support through this framework require a high level of support with many aspects of their daily life and rely on a range of health and social care services.
