Abstract: NWL are looking for alternative to white/red diesel supply for our commercial fleet in a form of a Framework Agreement. To supply HVO initially to two drop sites in the North East of England. At these two sites, there will be a 30,000 litre tank for fuel with an automatic re-ordering system in place.There is no guaranteed spend with each vendor. NWL also cannot guarantee volumes for each lot and are based on historic data.
