- Leeds Building Services are responsible for the delivery of Flooring Supply & Fit across Leeds. Leeds City Council will look to appoint one contractor to each of the lots outlined below and will be looking to appoint up to 2 contractors. The programme will consist of 2 lots: • Lot 1 - Supply & Fit Flooring Housing - South Leeds (One Contractor Awarded) • Lot 2 Supply & Fit Flooring Housing - East Leeds (One Contractor Awarded) The contract will run for an initial two years, with an option to further extend the contract by an additional 12 months. The contract will run initially from July 2026 to July 2028. The estimated annual contract value is £150,000 per annum, with a total estimate contract value up to £450,000.
