Navigational Planning and Risk Assessment - Maritime (Lot 1) Provide a basic overview of maritime navigational planning and risk assessment in the context of the development and operation of large scale FOW projects; Review the FOW project lifecycle to identify how navigational planning and risk assessment should or could be utilised to inform design, permitting, consent, construction and/or operational decision making; Deliver guidance to FOW farm developers outlining how navigational planning and risk assessment can be utilised to manage risk and optimise project design, construction and management; Assess and identify potential approaches, tools, technologies which have the potential to mitigate risk (to the project and other marine users) relating to FOW projects; Issues recommendations for follow on activities.
