Description : NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement - Midlands ("the Authority") is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express an interest to deliver an orthodontic service in Lincolnshire by completing a short questionnaire to express your interest. Details of how to access the questionnaire is listed below. A need has arisen to provide an orthodontic service to an existing caseload in Lincolnshire. The current contract terminated on 30th September 2021 and delivers services out of Woodhall Spa. The new contract will commence on 1st December 2021 for a period of 24 Months until 30 November 2023 (No extension).The new service will be delivered under an NHS England Personal Dental Service (PDS) Agreement for Orthodontic Patients in Active Treatment. The new provider must have a premise within Lincolnshire; you will be asked to provide the address of your premises as part of the Questionnaire.There will be no more than 45 cases in Active Treatment and no fewer than 38 cases in Supervised Retention. There will be a payment of £662 for a patient in Active Treatment and a payment of £25 for a patient in Supervised Retention, in line with the National Tariff. The current Provider will ...
