Expression Of Interest For St Helens Council - Technology Enabled Care Model Medicines Management
As part of this model we are seeking the provision of intensive medication management support to clients where this support would be a better fit than home care., We expect to deploy to up to 100 clients as part of this implementation, but we need a solution that is scalable should the benefits of further usage be clear.
