Following the Essex Children's Homes Collaboration event on the 12th May 2025, Essex County Council would like to invite you to a second collaboration day. The time will be used to: Share the learning from the last event and recap on ambitions to work collaboratively with the market to access Essex homes for Essex children. Provide clear analysis of local need and a breakdown of provision required to meet that need Understand strengths and values Understand gaps in the market Provide networking time for providers to connect with each other Shape a new commissioning model The focus of this event is strategic in nature, and long-term commissioning.
