- The contractor to provide an entrepreneurial support programme for individuals on benefits, helping them launch and sustain new businesses, as well as to support the development of employability enhancing skills. The specific nature of the support to be provided will be determined by the winning bid but it is proposed that this should include entrepreneurial support in order to start businesses and/or the development of skills in areas such as construction or digital, via short courses, in order to enhance employability prospects.
