- Tenders are invited for Employers Agent Service for Land Design and Build Competition CfT CA Unique ID: RHA-4 Evaluation Mechanism: Best Price-Quality Ratio Description: The Project is for the provision of the delivery of social housing units in Ahoghill and Sion Mills by means of Land, Design and Build Framework Agreements, where the Developers provide the land, designs, constructs and completes the schemes for Rural Housing Association in accordance with the DFC Housing Association Guide, Employers Requirements and statutory body requirements.
