Description:
Dover District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable Consultant for the provision of an Employer's Agent for new site in Park Avenue, Deal .

The Contract is anticipated to commence 1st September 2025 and will continue until completion of a 12-month defects period after handover of the last property.
