Description:
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been prepared by ECMWF and is expected to result in the setting up of a framework contract with an estimated 5 to 10 suppliers, with the ultimate purpose of securing the best value for money in the provision of IT server equipment and related support services. The initial framework will be for four years with the possibility of extension for a further two years. Alongside this ITT the first Initial Purchase will be competed. The contract(s) for the Initial Purchase will be awarded to the Tenderer(s) which have passed the criteria for inclusion onto the Framework and quoted the lowest price(s) for the items in listed in Annex 2 (Initial Purchase) of Volume II (Specification of Requirements).
