Description:
North Somerset Council (NSC) would like to invite prospective bidders to complete a short market engagement questionnaire to inform the project team in the development of their procurement strategy.

The Project is to create a new Resource Base at Gordano School in Portishead, to open by January 2027. The project will deliver 25 new local places for pupils with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

North Somerset Council intend to publish an open tender later in the year in order to appoint an experienced principal contractor as part of a 2-stage Design and Build (D&B) tender process.

Please note: Responses to this market engagement will not form part of any supplier selection, NSC currently intend to use an open tender process.
